2. Eligibility Assessment Phase | Digital Evaluation Phase (8 September 2025 - 18 September 2025)
The Competition Organizing Committee conducts comprehensive evaluations of:
Participant eligibility verification
Documentation compliance audit
Regulatory conformity review
3. Result Announcement (1 October 2025)
Final Round (26–28 November 2025)
Shortlisted projects will undergo on-site evaluation during the final phase.
